Returns & Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit in intimate apparel is essential. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Guidelines
- Timeframe: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or packing slip
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hosiery
- Panties (except Brazilian Knickers and High Leg Briefs in unopened packaging)
- Bralettes with visible signs of wear
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Columbus address (provided in your authorization email)
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Refund Information
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
