Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Timeframe: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or packing slip
- Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hosiery
- Panties (except Brazilian Knickers and High Leg Briefs in unopened packaging)
- Bralettes with visible signs of wear
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Columbus address (provided in your authorization email)
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Exchange Information
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- You will be responsible for any price differences in the exchanged items

To maintain hygiene standards for all our customers, we carefully inspect all returned intimate apparel. Items showing signs of wear, removed tags, or lacking original packaging cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain these standards for everyone’s comfort and safety.
