How do I choose the right size for my body type?
We recommend using our detailed size guide (available on each product page) and measuring yourself according to our instructions. Our lingerie is designed to flatter curves, with special attention to support and comfort. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
Do you offer maternity lingerie?
Yes! We understand that comfort is especially important during pregnancy. Our maternity bras provide extra support and flexibility to accommodate changing body shapes.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through our shipping partners’ websites (DHL, FedEx, or EMS depending on your shipping method).
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days)
- Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after processing (1-2 business days)
How long does delivery take?
After 1-2 business days for processing:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’re proud to ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Our Columbus-based team personally oversees every international shipment to ensure your Curve experience is seamless.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every Curve piece. If anything isn’t perfect, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to start the return process.
How do I exchange an item?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the original item (following our return policy) and placing a new order for the item you’d like instead. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
All our orders come in discreet, elegant packaging perfect for gifting. While we don’t offer additional gift wrapping services currently, our packaging is designed to make your purchase feel special when it arrives.
